Role Description: This is a remote, contract role for a Video Editor Intern. The intern will assist in editing and assembling raw video footage for digital marketing campaigns, social media content, and website videos. Daily tasks include trimming clips, adding transitions, syncing audio, and applying basic colour corrections under the guidance of senior team members.

The role also involves creating straightforward motion graphics, integrating text and branded elements,



and collaborating with designers and marketing staff to ensure consistency with campaign goals and brand guidelines. The intern will be expected to manage project files, meet deadlines, and be open to feedback and revisions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing, with familiarity in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Colour Grading, including basic colour correction and enhancement to improve visual quality.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create simple animations, titles, and visual elements aligned with brand identity.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
- Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree, diploma, or certification in Film, Media, Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
