Havi Creatives is a Delhi NCR-based creative production studio built on one belief — Stories with a Soul.

We're end-to-end: script to screen. Ad films and DVCs, branded social content, corporate AVs, political campaign films, product videos and short-form content that actually performs. We work across agri, healthtech, auto, D2C and public affairs.

Overview

We're looking for a Senior Video Editor who can craft engaging video content across formats and platforms. From brand films and digital video ads to social media reels and long-form YouTube, you'll bring stories to life with sharp editing, motion graphics, sound design and post-production polish.

While editing is your core responsibility, you should also have a working understanding of videography to support shoots when needed. You'll work closely with our in-house creatives — writers, designers and DOPs — to ensure the final output isn't just visually appealing, but aligned with business objectives.

You must also have hands-on experience in AI video generation using tools like VEO 3, Sora or similar. You'll own the end-to-end AI content process — ad films, voiceovers,



visuals — and help the rest of the team get proficient with these tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit video content across formats — UGC, brand films, product videos, ads, reels and long-form YouTube
- Refine footage with cutting, colour correction, sound design, transitions and motion graphics
- Interpret scripts and creative briefs to build engaging visual narratives
- Support on shoots when needed — camera operation, lighting setup, framing
- Add motion elements (text overlays, animated graphics, effects) to strengthen storytelling
- Deliver platform-specific edits optimised for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and more
- Maintain organised project files, backups and versioning workflows
- Collaborate with the creative team on timelines, direction and revisions
- Elevate production value with graphics, animation, SFX and music
- Generate and edit AI-based videos using VEO 3, Sora or similar platforms
- Take full ownership of AI-driven video creation — visuals, voiceovers, image generation
- Guide and upskill the creative team on AI tools and workflows

Requirements

- 2–4 years of video editing experience,



preferably in an agency or content-focused brand setup
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or similar
- Solid grasp of post-production workflows, storytelling, pacing and transitions
- Experience with colour grading, audio balancing and platform-ready exports
- Proven expertise in both short-form and long-form YouTube content at high quality
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools (VEO 3, Sora, Runway or similar) — this is a must, not a bonus
- Familiarity with writing AI prompts and generating usable video output
- Ability to integrate AI workflows seamlessly into the production pipeline
- Basic knowledge of camera gear, lighting and on-set best practices
- Ability to take feedback constructively, mentor teammates and turn work around fast
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality under tight deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities
- A portfolio showcasing range across formats is mandatory

Nice-to-Have

- Familiarity with AI-based or collaborative editing tools
- Experience in fast-paced, multi-deadline environments
- Knowledge of current trends in video formats, transitions and digital storytelling
- Genuine curiosity about emerging GenAI tools for creative production
