About the RoleMargo Digitech is looking for a creative and execution-focused Video Editor & Producer who can manage video projects from concept and pre-production to shooting, editing, post-production, and final delivery.

The ideal candidate should have solid storytelling, editing, and production skills and be comfortable working with clients, creative teams, production crews, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client briefs, objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
- Develop concepts, scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and production plans.
- Coordinate and manage shoots, production teams, freelancers, vendors, and talent.
- Edit raw footage into engaging videos with strong storytelling and pacing.
- Handle colour correction/grading, sound editing, subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, and final exports.
- Create content including corporate videos, brand films, advertisements, social media videos, reels, interviews, testimonials, product videos, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure videos are optimized for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.




- Coordinate with Account Managers, Designers, Motion Graphic Artists, and Creative Teams.
- Manage revisions, quality checks, project timelines, and final delivery.
- Maintain organized project files and ensure timely, high-quality output.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in video editing, production, digital media, advertising, or creative agencies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branded content, corporate videos, social media content, or digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and knowledge of After Effects.
- Good understanding of storytelling, cinematography, editing, pacing, and visual composition.
- Knowledge of colour grading, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Preferred
- Agency, production house, or media experience.
- Familiarity with AI video tools such as Runway, Pika, Kling, Veo, or Descript.
- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Audition.
- Experience managing production vendors/freelancers.
