Company DescriptionConsultant Partners is a professional services firm that supports organizations with specialized expertise in design, technology, and business transformation. The company works with clients across industries to improve digital experiences, streamline operations, and deliver measurable results. Teams collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs, ensuring solutions are practical and user-centred.

Consultant

Partners values transparent communication, accountability, and a flexible, remote-friendly work environment, making it a suitable place for design professionals seeking impactful project work.

Engagement Type: Contract, on Consultant Partners payroll Minimum Commitment: 2 months (extendable by mutual agreement) Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday Location: Remote (India) Experience Required: 7+ years, with healthcare/health-tech experience mandatory Compensation: Maximum ₹1,40,000 per month

About the ProjectWe are supporting a US and EU digital therapeutics company in the mental health space. Their platform is FDA-registered, CE-marked and HIPAA-compliant, with an established reimbursement track record in Europe, and is now scaling into the US market.

The work sits at the intersection of clinical care and consumer product: patient-facing therapy journeys, coaching workflows, and the clinical and administrative surfaces around them. The client is identified at shortlist stage under NDA.

Why We're HiringUS expansion is putting pressure on the product experience. We need a designer who can work directly with clinical,

product and business stakeholders — running the sessions that get decisions made, then turning those decisions into production-ready design — rather than waiting for a brief to arrive.

This is a hands-on role. You will facilitate as much as you draw.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and iterate on patient-facing and clinician-facing flows, from user journeys and wireframes through to high-fidelity UI
- Plan and facilitate working sessions with client stakeholders — discovery workshops, journey mapping, prioritisation and design critique — using Miro, Lucidchart or equivalent
- Produce the artefacts those sessions run on: boards, journey maps, service blueprints, decision frameworks — and the written synthesis afterwards
- Build and maintain a consistent design system in Figma: components, variants, auto-layout, tokens, libraries
- Ensure designs meet WCAG accessibility guidelines, applied practically rather than as a checklist
- Work within the constraints of a regulated medical product — design changes are traceable, defensible, and reviewed
- Present and defend design decisions directly to client stakeholders, including clinical and executive audiences
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering on handoff and implementation fidelity

Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Healthcare,

health-tech or digital therapeutics experience is mandatory — you have shipped a product used by patients, clinicians, or both, and understand how clinical and regulatory constraints shape design decisions
- Demonstrable hands-on facilitation experience — you have personally planned and run stakeholder workshops using Miro, Lucidchart or similar, not just contributed to boards someone else built
- Advanced, hands-on Figma expertise — components, variants, auto-layout, design systems, libraries, and collaborative feedback tools
- Solid, practical understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines
- Strong visual sensibility — a natural eye for detail, hierarchy and polish
- Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable presenting to executive and clinical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and make progress without daily direction
- Available 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST, full time and dedicated to one client, for a minimum of 2 months, starting immediately

Good to Have
- Experience with FDA-registered, CE-marked or otherwise regulated digital health products
- Familiarity with behavioural health, CBT-based interventions, or chronic/reliable illness care pathways
- Prior work with US or European clients and distributed teams
- Familiarity with design handoff tools and developer collaboration workflows

What We're Looking ForSomeone who can walk into a room of clinicians, product owners and executives, run the session that surfaces the real constraints, and come out with designs that hold up. This is as much about facilitation discipline and healthcare literacy as it is about design taste — we need all three. PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU CAN START IMMEDIATELY
