Role Description The US Non IT Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles in the US market, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The recruiter will post job openings, leverage job boards and professional networks, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth interview and selection process.

Day-to-day activities include communicating with candidates and stakeholders across time zones, managing offer negotiations, and maintaining accurate recruitment documentation and reports. The role also involves partnering with internal teams to understand role requirements, improve hiring strategies, and uphold a positive candidate experience aligned with Triumphs of Talent’s values.

Qualifications

- Experience with full-life cycle recruiting and hiring processes for US-based non-IT roles.




- Strong background in recruiting, including volume hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of US recruitment practices, employment trends, and familiarity with US time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and skilled networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Organized, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience working with US clients or US-based recruitment agencies is highly beneficial.
