Legal Raasta Technologies Private Limited is looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Executive – Environmental Specialist to join our growing team at Pitampura, Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle EPR-related filings and compliance processes for Plastic Waste, E-Waste, Battery Waste and Used Oil Waste.
- Manage EPR returns, documentation, data collection and regulatory filings.
- Handle compliance requirements related to PIBO (Producer,



Importer & Brand Owner).
- Coordinate with clients for required documents, data and compliance information.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Liaise with government and regulatory authorities for compliance-related matters, applications and follow-ups.
- Audit and verify data/documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure smooth delivery of services within the defined TAT.
- Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Stay updated with applicable environmental rules, guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Who We Are Looking For

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in environmental compliance, waste management or sustainability.
- Relevant experience handling PIBO responsibilities and EPR compliance in India.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Plastic Waste Management (PWM) Rules
- E-Waste Management Rules
- Hazardous Waste Management Rules
- Battery Waste Management Rules & Guidelines
- Used Oil Waste / EPR-related compliance
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Good vendor management and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and data-auditing abilities.
- Ability to liaise effectively with government/regulatory authorities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Proactive approach with a willingness to learn, adapt and take on new challenges.
