Job Summary

Saburi Plywood is looking for an experienced Brand Head to lead the company's overall brand strategy, marketing communication, and brand-building initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for strengthening brand presence, driving marketing campaigns, and supporting business growth through effective ATL, BTL, digital, and trade marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute overall brand strategy and marketing plans.
- Manage ATL, BTL, Digital, Trade Marketing, Events, and Brand Activations.
- Strengthen brand positioning, visibility, and market presence.
- Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Manage social media, digital campaigns, content, and online brand presence.
- Develop dealer, distributor, architect, and influencer engagement programs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage creative, media, digital, PR, and event agencies.




- Prepare and manage marketing budgets and measure campaign ROI.
- Work closely with Sales and Product teams to align marketing with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the brand/marketing team.

Candidate Profile

- 10–15 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Strong experience in ATL, BTL, Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Brand Management.
- Experience in Plywood, Panels, Laminates, Building Materials, Construction, or Interior Products will be preferred.
- Robust strategic thinking, communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in managing agencies, campaigns, budgets, and marketing teams.
