Key Responsibilities
- Manage Raw Material (RM), Packing Material (PM) and Finished Goods (FG) stores.
- Receive, verify and physically inspect incoming RM/PM against Purchase Orders, invoices and material specifications.
- Maintain RM/PM/FG-wise stock records with Item Code, Material Name, INCI/Trade Name, Batch/Lot No., quantity and expiry/retest date.
- Ensure proper Quarantine / Approved / Rejected material identification and segregation.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for sampling, testing, approval and release of materials.
- Follow FEFO/FIFO and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Control material issuance to Production against approved Material Requisition / Batch Manufacturing Record.
- Maintain accurate ERP/system stock and physical stock reconciliation.
- Manage finished-goods receipt from production, identification, quarantine/release status and dispatch.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock verification.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, storage conditions, pest-control requirements and GMP compliance.




- Ensure complete traceability of materials and maintain required store documentation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA/QC, Planning, Dispatch and Accounts departments.
- Handle stock discrepancies, shortages, excesses, damages, expiry and near-expiry materials.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, FIFO/FEFO and company quality systems.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in Stores/Inventory, preferably in Cosmetic, Pharma, FMCG or Chemical Manufacturing.
- Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Commerce, Pharmacy, Science or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RM, PM & FG inventory management.
- ERP/software knowledge is preferred.
- Good knowledge of GMP documentation and inventory traceability.
- Solid communication, documentation and team-management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
