We are looking for a qualified and experienced Architect with strong expertise in Healthcare and Hospital Project Design to join our team.

Key Requirements
- Valid registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) as per the Architects Act, 1972.
- Minimum B.Arch or M.Arch degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Healthcare / Hospital Project Design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant architectural design software.
- Solid knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent creativity, visualization, design, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and designs for hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Prepare architectural drawings, design presentations, and project concepts.
- Prepare working drawings, detailed layouts, 3D models, and comprehensive design documentation.




- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, healthcare standards, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve design-related issues during the project execution phase.
- Coordinate architectural design with structural, MEP, and other project requirements.
- Support the project team throughout the design and execution stages.
