About the Job

Manohar Spaceworks Private Limited is looking for a Telecaller & Lead Generation Executive to help us generate new business opportunities in Pune.

This is a calling + lead generation + field visit role.

You will be responsible for finding potential customers, making calls, following up with prospects, fixing meetings and visiting potential clients when required.

Freshers can apply. Training and guidance will be provided to the right candidate.

What You Will Do
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
- Call leads and contact data provided by the company.
- Generate new leads independently through Google, LinkedIn, Google Maps, social media and other sources.
- Find new companies, architects, interior designers, builders, developers and corporate clients.
- Speak with decision-makers and understand their requirements.




- Introduce Manohar Spaceworks and our services.
- Fix appointments and meetings for the management/business development team.
- Follow up with leads regularly through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Visit offices, architecture firms, construction sites and businesses to identify potential clients.
- Collect contact details of relevant decision-makers.
- Identify upcoming construction, renovation, interior and furniture projects.
- Explore new areas and markets for potential business opportunities.
- Identify companies that require interior, furniture, modular or turnkey execution services.
- Maintain the lead database in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Update the status of every lead and follow-up.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding scheduled meetings.
- Work towards generating qualified enquiries and recent projects.
