We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie – North Indian to lead the North Indian section and ensure consistent delivery of authentic, high-quality cuisine in line with the resort’s culinary standards. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in North Indian cooking, excellent section management skills, and a passion for refined hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the North Indian section and ensure smooth, efficient kitchen operations.
- Prepare and oversee authentic North Indian dishes, gravies, breads, kebabs and regional specialities.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation and portion control.
- Supervise Commis and junior kitchen team members within the section.
- Plan and complete daily mise en place according to business levels and menu requirements.
- Follow standard recipes, cooking techniques and established quality standards.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, sanitation and kitchen safety.
- Monitor stock levels, control wastage and ensure proper storage and FIFO practices.




- Coordinate with the Sous Chef and other kitchen sections for smooth service.
- Support menu development and contribute ideas for new North Indian dishes.
- Ensure all equipment and work areas are clean, organised and properly maintained.
- Train and guide junior team members on North Indian culinary techniques and kitchen standards.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a reputed hotel, resort or fine-dining restaurant.
- Strong hands-on expertise in North Indian cuisine.
- Good knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, marinades, gravies, breads and kebabs.
- Experience in handling and supervising a kitchen section.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain high standards in a quick-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
