We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to drive multi-channel growth strategies, optimize customer acquisition funnels, and scale overall online ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns across paid search (PPC), paid social, display, and email marketing.
- Conversion Optimization: Conduct regular A/B testing on ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to improve click-through (CTR) and conversion rates (CRO).
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate weekly performance dashboards, and translate raw data into actionable growth strategies.
- SEO Strategy: Lead technical and content SEO initiatives, keyword research, and backlink strategies to improve organic domain authority and search rankings.
- Budget Allocation: Manage paid ad budgets,



continually optimize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and reallocate funds to high-performing campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, product, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and seamless user journeys.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid and organic digital marketing campaigns with proven revenue growth.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with performance tracking, attribution modeling, and campaign setup.
- Mindset: Strong analytical capabilities with a test-and-learn approach to user acquisition and funnel optimization.
- Communication: Exceptional copywriting, messaging, and data storytelling skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
