About the Company

The GCC has crossed its first year of operations and has partnered with Flexiple to bring on an IT Manager who can own infrastructure and support as the site scales past a few hundred seats. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As IT Manager, you will run the centre's IT operations end to end — infrastructure, service desk, and vendor relationships — reporting into the site leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations & Infrastructure
- Own the day-to-day performance of servers, networks, endpoints, and cloud workloads
- Set and track SLAs for incident response, change management, and uptime
- Manage the IT budget, licensing renewals, and hardware refresh cycles

Team & Vendor Management




- Lead and mentor a team of support, network, and systems engineers
- Negotiate and manage contracts with ISPs, cloud providers, and hardware vendors
- Drive security posture — patching cadence, access reviews, and audit readiness

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6 to 10 years in IT operations or infrastructure, including 2+ years leading a team
- Hands-on grounding in networks, Windows/Linux server administration, and at least one major cloud platform
- Comfortable owning a budget and justifying spend to non-technical stakeholders
- Transparent written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent process exposure
- Experience with an ITSM tool (ServiceNow, Freshservice, or similar) and endpoint management platforms
