Back Office Coordinator – Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day back-office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain and update records, files, reports, and databases.
- Coordinate with HR, recruitment, sales, and other internal teams.
- Handle data entry and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Follow up with candidates, employees, clients, and internal departments when required.
- Manage emails, documents, and basic office communication.
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of company records.
- Support the team in scheduling meetings, appointments, and other office activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between different departments.




- Perform other administrative and coordination duties assigned by management.

Required Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valuable MS Word and MS Excel skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in back-office, or coordination is an advantage.

Work Type: Full-time.

Pay: ₹11,661.90 - ₹16,721.24 per month
