ICU Nursing Staff / ICU Staff Nurse

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and compassionate ICU Nursing Staff to join our critical care team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, monitoring patients continuously, administering medications, and assisting doctors during emergency and critical care procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients.
- Monitor vital signs, patient condition, and clinical changes continuously.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Operate and monitor ICU equipment, monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, etc.
- Assist doctors during procedures, emergencies, and resuscitation.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and treatment documentation.
- Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and hospital protocols.
- Maintain proper handover and communication between shifts.




- Ensure availability and proper use of emergency drugs and equipment.
- Communicate professionally with patients' relatives and the healthcare team.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the ICU.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration.
- Experience in ICU/Critical Care is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant ICU training may also be considered.
- Positive communication and clinical skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Ability to handle emergency and critical situations calmly.
