Role Summary:

Program Management for a new gen college for entrepreneurship

In-office role, based in Express Chambers, Royapettah, Chennai. 40 hour work week

About IVB:

IVB - Institute of Venture Building, is a recent age institute for entrepreneurship, based on experiential learning

Our programs offer a ticket to entrepreneurship with a safety net, where students build a business, with placements as a backup

Our flagship 3 Year UG program is structured such that students learn from industry experts (Year 1), gain experience through internships (Year 2), and build a business with co-founders, funding, and mentorship (Year 3)

Responsibilities:

Faculty Relations: Cultivate relationship with industry experts, from identification and onboarding as faculty to execution of delivery.





Student Success: Guide students through the program, tracking progress to enhancing engagement and learning.

Program Design: Co-design experiential learning modules for existing and new programs

Program Operations: Facilitate smooth execution of program, managing schedules, content and logistics.

Desired Profile:

The ideal candidate would be someone with experience in learning and development, enjoys talking to people, and has a passion towards education and entrepreneurship
