Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard current agent partners in the assigned territory.
- Drive Commercial insurance sales through partner engagement.
- Conduct regular field visits for training and business development.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
- Train partners on PB Partners portal and processes.
Candidate profile :
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Open to Freshers or candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience in BFSI Sales.
- Highly motivated to work in field sales and meet target-driven goals.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills with a resilient, self-starter attitude.
- Local language fluency and willingness to travel daily for field meetings.
