Role Description This is a full time, on-site Trip Planner role based in Kochi.

The Trip

Planner will design customized itineraries, recommend destinations and activities, and coordinate travel logistics such as transportation, accommodation, and local experiences. The role involves communicating with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and travel goals, then translating these into well-structured travel plans.

Planner will collaborate with local partners and vendors, manage bookings and reservations, and monitor trips to ensure a smooth experience. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate records, handling changes or special requests,



and providing timely support before and during client journeys.

Qualifications

- Ability to create and organize detailed travel itineraries and schedules, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
- Strong client-facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel options, destinations, and local experiences, with a focus on Kochi and surrounding regions.
- Proficiency in using travel planning tools, booking platforms, and basic office software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple trips simultaneously.
- Problem-solving abilities for managing last-minute changes, travel disruptions, and special client requirements.
- Comfort working on-site in Kochi and collaborating with local vendors, guides, and service providers.
- Prior experience in travel planning, tourism, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Willingness to occasionally work outside standard hours to support client travel needs.
