Role Summary:

The purpose of this role is to support the Treasury suite of system applications, which supports the Global Treasury, ERP, 3rd party software, Accounting, payments and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

- FIS Sungard - Quantum,TRAX & Bank Connector.
- Knowledge of Treasury function within a MNC
- Understanding of EBS formats predominantly MT940,MT942,AFB120,CSB43,BAI & CBI
- Knowledge of payment formats MT101, PAIN001
- Experience of SSC organization
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to build and maintain robust working relationships, both internally and externally
- A proven team player with excellent communication skills, analytical skills and attention to detail

Key Tasks:

- Support all treasury operation system issues out of Trax and Quantum.




- Support accounting and general ledger posting rules for all Treasury transactions
- Support deployment of treasury systems in new Geographies
- Design Trax enrichments utilizing Treasury and Banking knowledge
- Support implementation of system upgrades/migration
- Troubleshooting interfacing issues with Reuters, banks, FX All and ERPs
- Swift, FX ALL Administration
- Maintenance of Reuters Interface for importing of FX/interest rates
- Assist in planned & ad hoc projects as directed by management
- Support Business Operation and audit process
- Daily monitoring of our treasury management ticketing systems
- Allocation/resolution of all tickets in a timely manner in line with the SLA
