Role Description The Travel Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi. This position is responsible for managing inquiries, recommending travel packages, preparing itineraries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, sharing options for flights, hotels, tours, and transportation, and clearly explaining prices, inclusions, and terms.

The role involves following up with prospective customers, maintaining accurate records of leads and bookings, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely confirmations.

Executive also supports after-sales service, handles basic customer issues, and contributes to achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications - Ability to understand customer requirements, provide clear travel recommendations, and maintain a strong sales and customer-service focus.

- Comfort using computers and basic office software, along with the ability to learn booking tools or travel portals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, with a professional and courteous manner.
- Organized, detail-oriented approach to handling multiple inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Prior experience in travel sales, hospitality, or a related customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Interest in travel destinations, basic knowledge of popular routes and tourist attractions, and willingness to keep learning.
- Minimum of a high school diploma;

a degree or certification in travel, tourism, business, or hospitality is preferred.

- Ability to work on-site in Varanasi, including flexible schedule when needed to meet customer demand.
