Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, target-driven International Telecaller to contact businesses in the United States and introduce our digital marketing services. Your primary goal is to identify qualified business owners or decision-makers, understand their marketing needs, and schedule consultations for our sales or strategy team.

This is an outbound calling and appointment-setting role. It is not a customer-support position.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective US businesses using company-provided leads, CRM, and calling tools
- Reach business owners, marketing managers, and other decision-makers




- Introduce Matrix Monkey’s digital marketing services clearly and professionally
- Use provided call scripts while adapting naturally to each prospect’s business and objections
- Qualify prospects based on their business type, current marketing activity, needs, budget potential, and decision-making authority
- Schedule qualified discovery calls or sales appointments for the closer or account strategist
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, email, SMS, or CRM tasks as assigned
- Maintain accurate lead records, call notes, outcomes, follow-up dates, and appointment details in Zoho CRM
- Handle common objections professionally, such as “not interested,” “we already have an agency,” or “send me information”
- Meet daily activity targets for calls, conversations, follow-ups, and booked appointments
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve scripts, lead quality, messaging, and conversion rates
- Attend regular sales training, role-play session
