A. Job Objective

Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor payments, statutory payments and employee reimbursements while maintaining compliance with company policies, defined SLAs and operational standards.

B. Primary responsibilities
Perform payment processing for assigned domestic vendor invoices accurately and
within defined timelines.
Perform payment processing for assigned foreign vendor invoices and prepare the




required documentation for foreign payments.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure all documents are collated and shared
with SSC SPOC at RO.
Process statutory payments within stipulated timelines.
Process employee reimbursement payments accurately and on time.
Resolve internal and external P2P queries within defined turnaround time.
Respond to internal and external audit queries with timely and accurate information.
Document process updates and changes in SOPs and obtain necessary approvals.
Maintain knowledge management documentation for issue resolution and exception handling.
Perform activities assigned by the Team Lead.
Ensure achievement of defined SLA and KPI targets.
