About the Role

Wipronix Technologies is looking for a creative, performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our digital presence, brand communication, social media, content, campaigns, and online lead generation.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across social media, content creation, SEO, paid advertising, analytics, branding, and digital campaigns and should have a robust understanding of current digital marketing trends.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage Wipronix's social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, reels, carousels, stories, videos and other social content.
- Monitor engagement, audience growth and overall social media performance.
- Stay updated with trending formats, sounds, hashtags and digital marketing trends.





Content Creation
- Create compelling content for social media, website, blogs and marketing campaigns.
- Write captions, ad copies, promotional content and marketing communications.
- Coordinate with designers/video editors or independently create basic creatives when required.
- Develop content around Wipronix's AI, technology, products, services and company initiatives.

Paid Advertising
- Plan, launch and manage campaigns on platforms such as:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Manage campaign budgets and targeting.
- Monitor CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions and ROI.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Generate leads through paid digital campaigns.

SEO & Website Marketing
- Implement basic and advanced on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website pages, titles, descriptions, headings and content.
