Freebirds Lab is looking for individuals with strong academic backgrounds who enjoy working with and mentoring students.

We are looking for academic mentors who can help students make effective use of their self-study time, clarify doubts, monitor their progress, and guide them towards better study habits and academic performance.

Job Details
- Nature of work: Offline
- Working hours: 4:00-7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
- Location: Greater Noida (SF 02, Kendriya Vihar Shopping Complex, Sector Pi-4, Greater Noida)
- Compensation: 20,000/month

Who Should Apply?

- Students currently pursuing MSc or PhD studies
- Women returning to work after a career break
- Individuals with a strong academic background who genuinely enjoy teaching, mentoring, and working with school students

Roles and Responsibilities
- Help students understand concepts and resolve doubts.
- Provide academic guidance in subjects such as Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Science, and Humanities.




- Collaborate with other mentors to develop study guides, learning resources, and practice materials.
- Communicate regularly with the team regarding student progress and areas requiring attention.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge of at least two subjects from Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Science, or Humanities, up to the CBSE Class XII Board Examination level.
- Strong academic record.
- Valuable communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Patient, responsible, and comfortable working with school students.
- Genuine interest in teaching, mentoring, and helping students improve.
- Experience in teaching or mentoring students is desirable but not mandatory.
