Role Title: Plant HR Head

Job Location: Halol, Baroda

Important Job details
- Candidate would be responsible as Plant HR Head for Factory in Halol
- Reporting to: CHRO
- Team: 2-3 reportees
- Employee strength is around 1200 includes contractual ( on roll 300)
- Total 10-12 years of experience with MBA in HR/MSW from valuable Business School, with minimum 3-5 years in plant HR (factory experience is essential)
- Looking for smart candidates who are doing things beyond their operational work
- Looking for candidates who have experience collaborating with leadership/business heads/major stakeholders in the Organisation
- Not looking for IR expert for this role, looking for HRBP candidates
- Looking for Business HR candidate who can be considered for different roles within the group at a later stage.

JOB PURPOSE/ VALUE ADDITION

The position exists for conceptualizing and driving HR strategy for respective location to attract, retain and develop high-potential talent, manage the entire employee life cycle,



and contractual labour with the objective of hiring right talent at the right time with the right competencies and creating a high performance work culture with motivated employee force within the limits of the organization's overall HR strategy and operating plan, budgets, and statutory and local regulatory environment.

1. Talent acquisition and onboarding: Recruit and onboard the right people to meet the organization's business goals.
2. Performance management: Set goals, track progress, and provide feedback to ensure that employees are performing at their best.
3. Stakeholder management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and HR partners
4. Employee engagement: Create and implement initiatives to improve employee morale, productivity, and retention.
5. People management: Lead and manage a high-performing team of HR professionals.
