Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
- Work regularly on Niche / Senior Level Product & Technology Positions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to anticipate future hiring demands.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in IT sourcing or technical recruitment.
- Solid understanding of IT hiring processes, including job postings, candidate evaluation, and onboarding procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
