We are hiring Travel Consultants for multiple profiles within our travel operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in Holiday packages and US & Canada flight processes, flight ticketing, Amadeus GDS.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle holiday packages, itinerary planning, and customer requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries for US & Canada flight bookings and travel requirements.
- Manage flight reservations, ticketing, re-issues, cancellations, and related queries.
- Work on Amadeus GDS for flight availability, fare checks, and ticketing.
- Provide accurate travel solutions while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Identify sales opportunities and convert customer inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain high standards of call quality, accuracy, and customer experience.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Travel Agency / Travel Process / Travel Sales preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS.
- Experience in Flight Ticketing and reservations.




- Experience with US & Canada Flight Process will be an advantage.
- Holiday package experience is preferred for relevant profiles.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
