We’re Hiring: Travel Consultant

BagsAndMaps Travel LLP is a growing travel company dedicated to creating personalized domestic and international travel experiences. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team and manage travel requirements from initial planning through to flawless execution.

Position Overview

- Role: Travel Consultant
- Vacancies: 1 (Immediate Hiring)
- Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
- Location: Guduvancherry, Chennai (Near Zoho)
- Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and recommend highly suitable travel solutions.
- Create customized day-wise itineraries and detailed quotations.
- Manage client communication, follow-ups, and end-to-end sales coordination.
- Coordinate effectively with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, and other vendors.
- Process and manage all bookings, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
- Provide reliable pre-trip and on-trip support to ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and bookings utilizing CRM and administrative systems.
- Stay continuously updated on global destinations, hospitality trends, and travel products.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, exceptionally detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency with basic CRM tools and standard computer applications.
- Eagerness to learn new industry tools, destination specifics, and travel products.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can conveniently commute to our Guduvancherry office.
