Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Corporate Sales Manager who can independently generate and convert B2B opportunities and build a strong corporate client base.

This is a hunter sales role — the primary responsibility is to bring new projects and revenue to Progressive.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, references, LinkedIn, industry associations and corporate outreach.
- Identify companies requiring ISO, Social Compliance, Sustainability, ESG, Audit,



Certification and Implementation services.
- Build relationships with Promoters, Directors, CEOs, HR, Quality, Compliance, EHS and Sustainability Heads.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals in coordination with the internal team.
- Negotiate and close projects within approved commercial guidelines.
- Develop recent corporate accounts and generate repeat, renewal and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure disciplined follow-up.
- Coordinate with Operations / CED for smooth project handover after closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

What We Are Looking For
- 5–10 years of B2B / Corporate Sales experience.
- Experience in consulting, certification, audit, compliance, ESG, sustainability or professional services will be an advantage.
