What You’ll Do
We are seeking an experienced and growth-driven General Manager – Sales to lead Eaton’s Power Distribution - Gujarat business in the assigned territory (Gujarat). This role requires solid leadership, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive revenue, profitability, customer engagement, and market development. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional relationship-building capabilities and a strong understanding of the electrical solutions market.
- Revenue & Gross Margin Leadership

Lead the region’s revenue, profit, and growth objectives, consistently exceeding targets.

Develop and drive regional strategic account plans to ensure sustainable, long-term business growth.

Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning for the entire region.
- Market Share Expansion

Strengthen Eaton’s market dominance across the region by increasing penetration in priority segments.

Identify high-potential markets, emerging opportunities, and competitive gaps to drive strategic expansion.





Build and execute regional strategies to enhance competitiveness and capture new market share.
- Strategic Key Account Management

Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with regional key accounts, major consultants, and critical decision makers.

Act as a senior-level trusted advisor, providing consultative guidance and value-driven solutions to customers.

Drive customer retention and ensure exceptional customer experience across the region.
- Receivables & Commercial Governance

Ensure financial discipline across the region by managing account receivables and driving timely collections.

Enforce compliance to pricing policies, commercial terms, and organizational frameworks.

Collaborate with finance, operations, and other teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Business Development & Regional Segment Expansion

Identify and develop new accounts, industry segments, and emerging applications for Eaton solutions.
