A Telecaller is responsible for making and receiving phone calls to communicate with customers, generate leads, promote products or services, answer inquiries, and provide customer support. They maintain positive customer relationships, record call details accurately, and help achieve sales or service targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Answer inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain products and services clearly.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues when necessary.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
