Sparktics is a full-stack digital marketing and creative agency working with brands across F&B;, real estate, wellness, jewellery, and hospitality in India, the US, South Africa, and Papua Current Guinea.

We're a small, fast-moving team, which means the person in this role won't just execute a calendar someone else built, they'll actually own the thinking behind it.

About the Role:

We're looking for someone to run social media for a handful of our client accounts, from the first content idea to the final report.

You'll work closely with our design and video team to bring plans to life, and with clients directly to explain why something worked (or didn't). If you enjoy switching between brand voices in the same afternoon and actually care about the strategy behind a post, not just getting it published on time, this is for you.

What You'll Do:




- Plan and run social media strategy for 46 client accounts at a time.
- Write captions and content briefs that actually sound like each brand, not like a template.
- Work with our designers and video editor to keep content on schedule.
- Keep an eye on what's working — and tell clients honestly, every month, what the numbers say.
- Stay on top of what's changing on Instagram and LinkedIn, and adjust the plan instead of sticking to a stale playbook.
- Team up with the paid ads side so organic and paid content aren't working against each other.
- Get on client calls and hold your own — explain the strategy, defend it, and adjust it live if needed.

What We're Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience running social media, either agency-side or in-house for a brand.
- A portfolio that shows you can think in strategy, not just fill a content calendar.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to shift tone across different brands.
- Comfortable with Meta Business
