About the Role :

We are a growing sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing company serving industrial and OEM customers with customized fabrication solutions.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can take ownership of new customer acquisition, develop strong industrial relationships, generate qualified enquiries and convert them into recurring business.

The primary objective of this role is to bring new customers and increase the company's sales through sustainable, repeat industrial business.

Role & responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new B2B customers across Delhi NCR, Haryana and other parts of India.
- Target OEMs, machine manufacturers, industrial equipment manufacturers, electrical/control-panel manufacturers, engineering companies and other businesses requiring sheet metal fabrication.
- Identify Purchase, Sourcing, Vendor Development, Engineering and Production decision-makers.
- Generate new leads through references, LinkedIn, email, industry networks and customer visits.




- Conduct regular customer visits and develop long-term business relationships.
- Understand customer requirements, drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Generate qualified RFQs and coordinate with the internal team for costing and quotations.
- Follow up on quotations and actively work towards order conversion.
- Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining healthy business margins.
- Develop new customers into regular/monthly repeat customers.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
- Track enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, orders won/lost and reasons for lost business.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchase and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth execution of current customer orders.
- Participate in vendor registration and customer approval processes where required.
- Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly business-development targets.
