HelloKicks is a growing consumer brand focused on cutting-edge shoe-care and footwear-care products. We are expanding our General Trade (GT) presence across Delhi NCR and are looking for energetic and result-oriented sales professionals to join our growing sales team.

Role Overview
As a Field Officer / Area Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and market expansion in your assigned territory by developing distributors, retailers and new outlets.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales, distribution and outlet coverage targets for the assigned territory.
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors and potential outlets on a daily basis.
- Generate secondary sales and ensure regular product availability at retail outlets.
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets and expand market coverage.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising and execution of POSM at outlets.
- Introduce and promote HelloKicks products and communicate product benefits to retailers.
- Implement company schemes, promotions and trade marketing activities in the market.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends and share regular feedback.
- Maintain daily market visit, sales and outlet coverage reports through the company's reporting system.
- Ensure timely follow-up for orders, stock availability and market issues.
- Work closely with the sales team and reporting manager to achieve territory objectives.

Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods / Retail / General Trade sales preferred.
- Candidates with strong field-sales experience from other industries can also apply.
