Job Summary

Seeking an experienced
Mechanical Engineer – Fire & Life Safety
to design, review and support implementation of fire protection systems while ensuring compliance with applicable
NFPA, BS and international standards
.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review
fire-fighting and fire-protection system designs
.
- Work on systems including:
- Sprinklers
- Hydrants
- Fire pumps
- Foam systems
- Clean-agent systems
- Smoke management
- Staircase pressurization
- Conduct fire safety engineering assessments.
- Review contractor shop drawings, calculations and material submittals.
- Prepare FLS reports,



NOCs and authority documentation.
- Coordinate with authorities and respond to technical comments.
- Conduct site inspections and identify non-compliances.
- Witness
testing and commissioning
of fire protection systems.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors and developers.
- Support projects through design, construction and handover.
