About the Role

We are hiring experienced Senior Medical Billers to manage end-to-end revenue cycle activities for US healthcare providers, including billing, claim submission, payment posting, AR follow-up, and denial management.

Role & responsibilities
- Senior Medical Billing: Handle full-cycle medical billing: charge entry, Claim Scrubbing, claim submission, Perform payment posting, reconciliation, and adjustments as per EOB/ERA. India Morning Shift. Experience (2 to 5 Years)
- Senior Account Receivable: Manage AR follow-up for aged claims and work denial queues effectively. Identify root causes of denials, submit corrections/appeals, and coordinate with payers. US Shift/India Night Shift. Experience (2 to 5 Years)
- Senior Eligibility & Benefits Verification: Verify patient eligibility and benefits via payer portals, EDI, and phone. Confirm coverage details: plan type, copay, deductible, coinsurance, authorization/referral requirements. Document eligibility findings accurately in the billing/EMR system.



Coordinate with front-desk, scheduling, and billing teams to prevent eligibility-related denials. US Shift/India Night Shift. Experience (1 to 3 Years)
- Ensure compliance with payer guidelines, HIPAA, and client SOPs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity and quality KPIs.

Preferred candidate profile
- Strong knowledge of US Medical Billing, RCM, CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS, and major US payers.
- Hands-on experience in charge posting, payment posting, AR, and denial management.
- Valuable command of English (written and verbal) for payer communication.
- Ability to work independently.
