XXXX Advanced Materials is a recent venture of xxxx Group, a Jaipur-based industrial conglomerate expanding from real estate into energy and advanced materials.

Titanium trading is our founding product line a ground-floor opportunity to build a strategic materials business from its first supplier and customer relationship onward.

THE ROLE:

Our first Sales & Marketing Head will own market positioning, customer acquisition, revenue growth and commercial market entry end-to-end, helping turn a standing start into a functioning, revenue-generating trading company within 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Build initial sales & marketing strategy, target markets, positioning and sales processes.

• Lead customer acquisition across aerospace, defence, energy, oil & gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, power, engineering and industrial manufacturing.

• Develop OEM/EPC/manufacturer/procurement relationships; own pipeline, revenue, margins and market expansion.

• Develop key accounts,



RFQ conversion and market-entry strategies; analyse pricing, demand and competitors.

• Build and scale the sales/marketing team, drive repeat business and represent xxxx at industry events.

Candidate Profile

1020 years relevant B2B sales / marketing / business development / industrial products / metals experience; strong market-building and customer-network capability;

proven revenue ownership; leadership, negotiation and market-analysis skills; entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel.

Education

MBA Sales & Marketing /

B.E./B.Tech preferred. IITs, IIMs and reputed/relevant universities preferred.

Metallurgy, Mechanical, Production, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering or related backgrounds advantageous.
