Key Responsibilities and requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista
- Prepare coffee and other beverages as per approved recipe
- Greet and welcome customers promptly with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area.
- Barista responsibilities includes educating customers on our drinks and food menu, making recommendations based on their preferences
- Operation And Maintenance Of Espresso Machine and Grinder
- Good milk frothing skills and at least 2 types of latte art
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay orders to kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor tables and attend to customers’ needs, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas,



including clearing tables and resetting them for current guests.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and tact, escalating issues to the manager as necessary.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure that food and beverages are delivered promptly and to the customers' satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing the cafe for opening and closing, including setting up and packing down furniture, equipment, and cleaning tasks.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and cafe policies.
- Support other cafe staff in various tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
