The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central, data management, workflows, security, and integrations while ensuring seamless HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues within SLA timelines.
- Configure and maintain Employee Central components, workflows, and business rules.
- Manage Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, and organizational structures.
- Support data uploads, mass changes, and validation activities.
- Coordinate with HR stakeholders for requirement gathering and issue resolution.
- Perform system testing, regression testing, and release management activities.
- Support integration monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Prepare functional specifications and support documentation.
