We’re Hiring | HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our growing Clothing & Fashion Brand in Ahmedabad.

Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and attendance.
- Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
- Assist with payroll coordination, leave management, and HR administration.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.

Requirements:




- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR/Recruitment preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Knowledge of HR processes and basic labour compliance.
- Experience in the fashion, retail, clothing, or lifestyle industry will be an advantage.
