We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Tours & Travels Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our travel business. The role involves managing tour packages, travel bookings, customer relationships, sales, vendor coordination, and team performance while ensuring excellent service and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the tours and travel business.
- Plan, develop, and manage domestic and international tour packages.
- Handle customer inquiries, travel requirements, quotations, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate flight, hotel, transportation, sightseeing, visa, and other travel arrangements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, transport providers, tour operators, and other travel partners.
- Lead and supervise the travel team to achieve sales and service targets.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, revenue, repeat business, and customer referrals.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and competitive quotations for customers.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with suppliers and service providers.
- Ensure accurate documentation, booking confirmations, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve travel-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, seasonal demand, and new travel destinations.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable travel industry requirements.
- Track sales performance, expenses, profitability, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with management to develop new packages, promotions, and business opportunities.
- Ensure customers receive a smooth and high-quality travel experience from booking through completion of the trip.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in travel agency, tour operations, or a similar management role.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Experience in preparing tour packages, itineraries, and quotations.
- Good understanding of airline, hotel, transportation, and tour bookings.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable leadership and team-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking/CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings and customer requirements simultaneously.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
