Role Overview

We are hiring two professionals under this posting - one specializing in Tour Coordination and another in Visa Coordination.

? Candidates with experience in sales and operations within tour management or visa processing are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

? Tour Coordinator

Drive sales by promoting domestic & international tour packages

Engage with clients to understand travel needs and recommend suitable itineraries

Coordinate bookings (flights, hotels, transport, guides) and negotiate with vendors for cost efficiency

Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure smooth execution of tours

Handle client queries, upsell services, and resolve travel-related issues

? Visa Coordinator

Advise clients on visa requirements and documentation, ensuring clarity and compliance

Promote and manage visa services as part of overall travel solutions

Prepare, review, and submit visa applications with accuracy





Liaise with embassies/consulates for approvals and maintain strong operational follow-ups

Track application status, update clients proactively, and ensure compliance with immigration laws

Qualifications

Prior experience in the travel industry (sales & operations) is essential

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage client relationships and close sales opportunities

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Familiarity with travel bookings or visa processing systems preferred
