Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing effective and friendly service to our customers, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Process ticket reservations, changes, cancellations, and refunds accurately and efficiently - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding,



and baggage handling procedures - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely departures - Handle cash and credit card transactions in accordance with company policies - Maintain accurate records and reports of ticketing transactions - Keep up-to-date with airline policies, procedures, and industry trends -

Adhere to all safety and security regulations at all times -

Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and targets

Qualifications
