About Indianews Communication

Indianews Communication works with government and PSU clients, providing professional social media management, public relations (PR), communication and related services. We regularly participate in government and PSU procurement processes and are looking for a capable Tender Manager to manage end-to-end tendering activities.

Role Overview The Tender Manager will be responsible for identifying relevant tender opportunities, coordinating the complete e-tendering process, preparing and submitting bids, maintaining tender documentation, and ensuring timely and compliant submissions across government, PSU and other institutional portals.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, track and evaluate relevant government and PSU tender opportunities.

· Manage end-to-end tendering activities from opportunity identification through bid submission and closure.

· Prepare, compile, review and submit technical and commercial tender documents as per RFP/RFQ requirements.

· Ensure accurate preparation of eligibility documents, EMD/processing fee requirements, declarations, undertakings and other compliance documents.

· Monitor tender corrigenda, amendments, deadlines, pre-bid meetings and submission requirements.





· Coordinate with internal teams such as business development, finance, operations, legal and management for timely tender submissions.

· Maintain a structured database and records of submitted, ongoing and upcoming tenders.

· Track tender results, clarifications, negotiations and post-submission requirements.

· Ensure strict adherence to tender timelines, formats, eligibility criteria and portal-specific procedures.

· Support preparation of manpower/service-based tenders, especially in social media management, PR, communication and related service categories.

Essential Skills & Knowledge

· Minimum 3 years of experience in tender management / e-tendering / bid management.

· Strong working knowledge of GeM (Government e-Marketplace), CPP Portal and state government e-tendering portals.

· Hands-on experience with online bid submission, tender documentation and portal-based procurement processes.

· Valuable understanding of tender eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ/commercial requirements and compliance documentation.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple tenders and strict deadlines.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Preferred / Added Advantage





· Experience in manpower/service tenders is highly preferred.

· Prior experience handling manpower tenders related to social media management, digital communication, PR or similar services will be an added advantage.

· Candidates from other e-tendering backgrounds will also be considered, provided they have strong practical tendering experience and can adapt to government/PSU procurement requirements.

· Experience dealing with government departments, PSUs, autonomous bodies or public-sector procurement processes is desirable.

Educational Qualification

Graduate or Post-Graduate in any stream. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in tender management, e-tendering, bid management or a closely related field.

Candidate Profile

· Detail-oriented, organized and deadline-driven.

· Comfortable independently managing multiple tenders simultaneously.

· Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

· Ability to understand complex RFPs/RFQs and translate requirements into compliant bid submissions.

· High level of accuracy, confidentiality and ownership.

Compensation & Work Location

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Location: Indianews Communication, Noida Sector 62, C Block.
