? Caller / Education Counsellor Assistant : We are looking for a Caller to support our Education Counsellor in handling inquiries related to our Mobile Repairing Courses.

Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls and course-related inquiries from students. Make follow-up and cold calls to interested and pending leads. Assist the Education Counsellor with daily calling and student coordination.

Explain basic course details, fees, batches and admission process. Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and lead status. Identify interested candidates and forward qualified leads to the Education Counsellor.

Follow up with leads regularly to improve course admissions and conversions . Coordinate with the counselling team for pending admissions and follow-ups. Handle calls professionally and maintain good communication with students.

Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi & English . Confident and comfortable speaking with students over the phone. Previous experience in telecalling, counselling or sales is preferred. Basic knowledge of computers/CRM or Excel. Target-oriented, disciplined and willing to learn.
