Role Description The Telesales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves making outbound calls to potential NRI buyers and investors, introducing them to relevant real estate projects, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

The Telesales

Executive will follow up on inquiries, provide accurate information about projects and events such as MPS Expo, and maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM or call tracking systems. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound calls, addressing basic customer queries,



coordinating with internal teams on lead status, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The role requires consistent adherence to calling scripts and compliance guidelines while delivering a professional, customer-focused experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and active listening.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive caller experience.
- Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify leads, and support revenue growth.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or call management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on results.
- Prior telesales or call center experience, preferably in real estate or related sectors, is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Comfortable working on-site in Jaipur with versatile availability for peak calling hours.
