Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Chennai. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce Shanvox’s services, and generate qualified leads. Daily responsibilities include engaging in professional conversations, explaining service offerings, handling basic queries, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

The role involves maintaining call records, updating customer information in internal systems,



and following up on leads to support conversions and revenue growth. The Telemarketer will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and a positive customer experience.

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and maintain a positive caller experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify opportunities, promote services, and support lead conversion.
- Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling skills to coordinate calls, follow-ups, and meetings for the sales team.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with telecalling or CRM tools are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and manage high call volumes with professionalism.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer support is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
