Job Title: Telecalling Intern / Executive

Location: Bhopal, MP

Work Mode: Onsite

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- Conduct business and follow-up calls with candidates, leads, and relevant contacts.
- Maintain accurate call records and update data in Excel.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and clients.
- Handle basic queries and provide relevant information when required.
- Manage regular follow-ups and ensure timely updates.
- Robust English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Confident, organised, and comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role will be an added advantage.

Note: Candidates based in Bhopal will be preferred.
