- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain products, services, or job opportunities clearly.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and performance targets.
- Update customer/lead information in the system.
- Maintain a skilled and polite communication style.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
