: We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Telecaller to join our team in Vasai. You will be responsible for calling business clients, explaining our machinery products, and generating quality leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling : Make daily outbound calls to prospective industrial and business clients.
Lead Generation : Explain our machinery products and fix appointments for the sales team.
Database Management : Maintain clear and accurate records of client details and call status in Excel. Follow-ups : Regularly follow up with existing leads to build solid customer relationships.
Requirements &
Skills: Education : Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
Experience : 0 to 2 years (Experience in B2B or industrial sales is a plus, but freshers can apply).
Languages : Good communication skills in Hindi , Marathi , and English .
Skills : Basic knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Excel.
